Discovery Ski Area

Kruizer Board Lesson only

This option is for the Kruizer (7-12) Board group lesson only.

Description

Lessons are released a month in advance.
Example: Lessons for January 20th will be released December 20th. 


This option is for the Kruizer group lesson only, for students 7-12 years old. It does not include rental equipment or a lift pass. Participants purchasing the group lesson only option are required to have a lift pass to participate. Lessons are 1.5 hrs long with a group ratio of 7 students per instructor.

LESSONS

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations require 24hr notice to be eligible for a credit. There are no exceptions to this rule. All cancellations must be done by logging into your Discovery Ski Performance account. Once logged in follow these steps:

-view your order history
-select the order
-navigating to the “REQUEST ORDER CANCELLATION” box
-select all items
-submit cancellation request

All orders that meet 24hr requirements, will be eligible to select, and to cancel. Cancelled orders are issued a credit voucher to your Discovery Ski Performance account. The credit voucher issued is valid for 365 days from the date the order is cancelled. Credit vouchers can be used on any purchase through your Discovery Ski Performance account (be sure you log in using the email address the order was placed and canceled under).

These rules apply to Day tickets, Rentals and Lessons.

Season Pass refunds: Season passes used and unused can be refunded until December 31st 2024 regardless of reason. Used season passes are refunded based on the number of days used. There are no season pass refunds for any reason considered after December 31 2024. Pass refund requests must be made by emailing info@skidiscovery.com



WHERE TO GO?:

Kruizer and Adult Group Lessons- Kruizer and Adult group lessons who puchased the lesson pkg, can pick up their rental gear in the Rental shop( double black doors on the right on the lodge as you're walking up), and their lift pass from the kiosk out front.  After picking up your rental, or if you already have your gear, these lessons check in and meet at the orange ski school meeting place sign located to the left of the Bunny(Lums Run) chair lift. We meet at 1015-1045 depending on selected start time. Please check in for your lesson at least 10 minutes prior to your selected start time.

Kinderski/board-
To check in for your kinderski or board lesson come to the Kinderski Room. The Kinderski room is located through the single black doors on the left side of the lodge as your walking up. We fit Kinderski/board students with rentals in the Kinderski room, no need to go to the rental shop. Please check in for your kinderski lesson at least 20 minutes prior to your selected start time in order to allow enough time for rental fittings, bathroom breaks, gearing, and meeting instructors. Please pick up your students Lift Card at the Kiosk in front of the building before their lesson starts.

Private Lessons- Private Lessons can head directly to the big orange Ski School Meeting Place sign located to the left of the Bunny(Lums Run) Chair lift. There is no need to check in inside, your instructor will meet you at the sign at your selected start time. Please be ready to start your lesson at your selected start time. Lift Cards should be picked up at the kiosk in front of the building prior to meeting at the sign.


TICKETS:
First time Ticket purchases: To pick up your Lift Card for the first time, bring the QR code from your order(either screen shot or printed) to the Kiosks located in front of the lodge. Scan the code at the kiosk and all tickets/Lift Cards on your order will print automatically.
Reloaded Lift Cards: If you reloaded your Lift Card when purchasing your ticket(s), head directly to the lift. Lift Cards that have been reloaded work in real time, so as soon as your purchase is complete, your ticket is available for use at the lift gates without having to stop at the Kiosks or Guest Services.



RENTALS:

Rentals- Advance Purchase: Rentals purchased by 12pm the day prior to arrival are preset and ready to pick up in the Rental Shop. The rental shop is located through the double set of doors on the right side of the Lodge as you are walking up from the parking lots.
Rentals- Day Of: Rental orders made day of arrival or after 12pm day prior are set in the order in which received. Wait times to pick up your rentals can vary from 20mins-2hrs depending on the number of rentals we received. Once your order is ready, you will receive a text message to the number provided on your order, so there’s no need to wait in line.



Café: The restaurant/café and bar are located on the top floor of the lodge. All stairs outside lead to the café.
